Shipping Policy – Timing Wellness

Order Processing

At Timing Wellness, all orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays. In case of high order volume, processing time may be slightly delayed. Customers will be notified if there is any significant delay.


Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Within Pakistan: 3–5 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless a promotional free shipping offer is applied.

Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed before completing the purchase.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message or email containing shipment details and tracking information (where available).


Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.

Timing Wellness shall not be responsible for delivery failures caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Customer unavailability at delivery time

  • Incorrect contact information

If you experience any delivery issue, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.


Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with reliable courier partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control.

Timing Wellness is not liable for delays once the shipment has been handed over to the courier service. However, we will assist customers in resolving shipment concerns whenever possible.
